SHIPPING & RETURNS

Bixi Awotan provides FREE SHIPPING VIA USPS FOR ALL ORDERS, by Priority Mail. Purchase deliveries will arrive within 2 to 4 business days following shipping. If express shipping is required, the buyer will be responsible to pay the total of the shipping. The express shipping cost will depend on the destination.

WHAT IS THE TIMELINE FOR DELIVERY?

Bixi Awotan will ship all orders within two days of cleared payment. All orders are shipped by Priority Mail (2-4 business days for delivery). Express Shipping is available at extra cost.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Bixi Awotan’s mission is to make all of our customers happy and proud of what you have purchased. Please be sure you love your piece before you buy it, and feel free to message us to ask any and all questions. If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase, you can return the item for a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We will accept returns only if a piece is defective in some way, or not working mechanically. Buyer has 7 days upon receipt of products to contact us and make arrangements for a return. Buyer is to pay return shipping. Bixi Awotan will not replace pieces that have been damaged through improper use or care.

To make an Exchange or Refund of any of Bixi Awotan products, you must return the product inside of the fabric drawstring pouch, with internal and external labels, and all the packing materials.

WARRANTY

Bixi Awotan focuses on creating products of the highest quality, with attention to the smallest details in both materials and manufacturing to ensure your product was created using the highest level of workmanship and to provide maximum durability.

Bixi Awotan offers one year warranty for any manufacturing defects.

To request a return of your Bixi Awotan purchase within the one year warranty period, please send us an email at contactusa@bixiawotan.com.mx with the subject “WARRANTY.” In the email, explain the defect of your Bixi Awotan item, and if possible, add some pictures to allow us to assess the defect. Bixi Awotan will review the defect to your product to determine if a repair is possible. If a repair is not possible and the defect was the result of normal use, the item will be replaced for a new one at the expense of Bixi Awotan.

Make sure you add your payment receipt or shipping number to the email.

The warranty applies from the day the purchase was delivered. If more than one year has passed from the date of product delivery, the warranty no longer applies.
