All orders are shipped within two business days and delivered within 2 to 5 business days via Priority Mail. If you need your order sooner, express shipping is available for an additional cost, which varies depending on your destination.

We want you to love your purchase. If a product is defective or has a mechanical issue, you can return it for a refund. You have 7 days from the delivery date to contact us and arrange the return. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping fees are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all labels and packaging.

Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on all products for any manufacturing defects. The warranty is valid for one year from the date your order was delivered. If you believe your item has a defect, please email us at contacto@bixiawotan.com.mx with the subject "WARRANTY" and include a description of the issue along with your payment receipt or shipping number.

Your new leather bag comes with a dust bag for storage: -Empty the bag of all contents. -Fold the bag and place it in the dust bag. -Close the dust bag. -Store the dust bag in a cool, dry place when you're not using it. *Avoid getting the bag wet. If the bag does get wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth.
