● Section 2 - Delivery Time
Orders that are registered on business days (Monday to Friday) before 2:00 pm, are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will ship the next business day. Consider that during holiday periods and promotional seasons, delivery times may vary. In extended areas, the delivery time is longer depending on the package.
● Section 3 - Shipping Origin
All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse at 205 Temple Gate Drive, Cary, North Carolina, United States,
● Section 4 - Shipping Address
Your order will be sent to the address you left at the end of your order. You can make changes to the address as long as the order has not been shipped and the delivery time may change.
If you are not at home, the parcel and logistics services will make 2 to 3 delivery attempts and leave a notification. After the attempts, they will be returned to our warehouses and we will be able to send them to you again, covering the cost of shipping again.
● Section 5 - Delivery Method
We use logistics services from certified parcel companies such as Estafeta, FedEx, DHL, Redpack, UPS or USPS. Depending on the product and shipping address, we will choose the best shipping service.
● Section 6 - Shipping Notification
When your order is approved and your payment validated, we will notify you via email, message or messenger (according to your choice at the end of the order) of the progress of your order. When we ship with the package, we will send you the tracking number so you can track your order.
● Section 7 - Reception of the shipment
Upon receiving the order, verify that your products are complete and in optimal conditions, otherwise validate our return policies. If possible, record the opening of your request for any further clarification.
