You have 15 days from delivery to notify us of a return via social media or at info@bixiawotan.com

Items must be in perfect, original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. An $18 handling fee (which covers your return shipping label) will be deducted from your original refund.

Please allow approximately 10 business days for us to receive, inspect, and finalize your return.

Your new LEATHER BAG comes with a dust bag for storage:
-Empty the bag of all contents.
-Fold the bag and place it in the dust bag.
-Close the dust bag.
-Store the dust bag in a cool, dry place when you're not using it.

*Avoid getting the bag wet. If the bag does get wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth.
